During the month of February I will be leading us in a series of Biblical messages that celebrate the fact that God is a God of beginnings.

The creation has a beginning and we have a beginning.  But what if we screw up? What if a life, that got off to such a miraculous start, goes awry?  Wouldn't it make a lot of sense to turn to God and ask for a fresh, new start?  The Bible has a lot to say about how to have a new beginning and we have a God of new beginnings so all that is misisng is a soft heart before God that says, "I want to have a fresh start...God will you show me how?"  I pry we all experience the hope and joy of a fresh start when we got off to a bad start in life.
